• Manages multiple projects across the assigned portfolio of clients
• Responds directly to client requests and provides consultation within the framework of our practice service model
• Develops, actively communicates, and manages project plans for clients including consultation on processes and tools to meet project goals
• Consults with clients on the capabilities of the broader forensic technology practice
• Translates highly technical information to non-technical clients
• Stays on top of industry and technology trends, new tools, and overall knowledge of the forensic technology marketplace in the service of our clients and the digital forensic team
• Serves as a mentor to other team members
• Uses and leverages a broad range of outputs from varied commercial collection and analysis toolkits (ex. Encase, FTK, Axiom, Cellebrite, USB Detective, FTK Imager, TD2U)
• Analyzes and provides meaningful insights, interpretations, and guidance by leveraging data intelligence and data mining solutions (e.g., SmartSheet, Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft Advanced E-Discovery, trend analyses) to educate and consult with clients in regard to analysis findings
• Conducting forensic acquisitions and preservation of electronic data from a wide range of information technology environments and platforms including but not limited to PCs, Macs, Servers, Mobile devices, and cloud data, while using industry-standard tools and methodologies
• Performing on-site and remote imaging and data captures
• Coordinating and tracking all electronic collection activities while maintaining a chain of custody and project lifecycle to ensure computer forensic protocols are met
• Meeting expected timelines for customer output and reports based on findings per customer objectives
• Developing and revising Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to forensic acquisitions and other processes
• Provided technical support in-person, by phone, or through remote desktop tools to end-users
• Troubleshoot computer hardware and software-related issues
• Configuration, testing, deployment, and routine maintenance of technical equipment including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, biometric scanners, and network enterprise copiers
• Routine auditing of computer hardware inventory and supplies
• Collaboration with the creation of technical and procedural documentation
• Sole IT representative responsible for all IT operations including network administration, server maintenance, Microsoft server administration, desktop support
• Administration of proprietary medical research equipment and software
